Your account

You need an account to unlock episodes and to keep your progress. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app or on the website.

Coins

Coins are a limited, non-transferable licence to unlock content inside Ramen TV. They are not money, they have no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for cash, and they cannot be transferred between accounts. You can obtain coins by buying them, by earning them through rewards such as daily check-ins, quests, referrals and rewarded ads, or by receiving them from us.

We may change the coin price of content, the size and price of coin packs, and the rewards available, at any time. Coins do not expire while your account is open.

Purchases and refunds

Coin purchases made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunds for those purchases are handled by them, not by us. Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe.

Except where the law or the relevant app store requires otherwise, purchases are final and coins are non-refundable once credited. Where a store issues a refund, we may deduct the corresponding coins from your balance, including into a negative balance if you have already spent them.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and immediate. Your remaining coin balance and every episode you have unlocked are forfeited, are not refundable, and cannot be restored — including if you later create a new account with the same sign-in. We keep purchase, coin-ledger, and anti-fraud records in anonymized form, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell any content from Ramen TV.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with paywalls, entitlement checks, or any other security or access control.
• Manipulate the coin economy — for example by replaying purchase receipts, farming rewards or referrals, using automated means to earn coins, or creating accounts for that purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.
• Use the service unlawfully, or to harass or infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and may remove coins credited through abuse.

Content and availability

All content on Ramen TV is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only, and remains the property of us or our licensors. The catalogue changes over time: titles and episodes may be added or removed, and we do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Ramen TV after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
